Key Competencies required:

• Minimum BSc Agricultural Degree with majors in either Horticulture, Plant Pathology, Entomology or Agronomy.
• Croplife SA certification on the Basic Crop Protection Course.
• Technical marketing and sales experience in the South African agricultural industry.
• Exceptional ability to influence and lead change in existing Integrated Crop Protection Management Programs.
• Experience with biological solutions is an advantage.
• Performance drive and influential with a culture of self-discipline , integrity and excellence.
