Thank you to #10ITGS for an incredible week of knowledge sharing, networking and learning with the best of the best in the Table Grape Industry.
Andermatt Madumbi was proud to host a delegation of 20 people from 5 subsidiary countries. Together we secured a Bronze Sponsorship as the Andermatt Group and had the opportunity to showcase our brand, our expertise, our offerings, and our teams to the global Table Grape Industry.

The 10ITGS program was packed with four full days of presentations, academic and industry discussions. On Tuesday, Nastassja Viljoen, Andermatt Madumbi Technical Development Specialist presented a summary of her PhD research. Wednesday was dedicated to grapevine and crop protection, and we were delighted to see biologicals featuring strongly throughout the day’s discussions.

The team took advantage of the glorious Cape Town summer evenings to showcase our beautiful country and cuisine, whilst hosting our Andermatt visitors. Friday was spent visiting Andermatt growers, customers, and partners with the local Biospecialist team. Several of the international guests also extended the trip to include a visit to the Andermatt Madumbi and Andermatt PHP head offices, in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Pooling our collective knowledge, expertise and sharing insights resulted in a fruitful week which has set the foundation for future collaboration, partnerships and growth.

We would like to extend our thanks to the organising committee of 10ITGS, to the Lord Charles Hotel for hosting us and to the partnering subsidiary organisations for their participation and support. We trust this will be the first of many similar events for our teams.
